Job Summary

Our client, a prestigious international moving company, now seeks to appoint a Senior International Move Manager to be based in their office in London.

Purpose of the Job
To provide a smooth and efficient relocation service to corporate customers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Previous experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and email
Excellent communication / administration / time management skills
IT Literacy
Working Knowledge of EU and Worldwide moving practices

Main Accountabilities and How These Are Achieved
To receive enquiries from corporate for all types of moves
To ensure the accurate recording of all customer enquiries and subsequent entry onto the computer system
Record all storage movements, updating files accurately and produce invoices that reflect all charges
Ensure all information, dates and details of shipments are accurately recorded onto the system
Provide assistance and status updates to customers to the best of your ability, knowledge and skills relating to the removal process
Provide the operations department in a timely fashion with all move requirements and documents
Provide assistance to customers to the best of your ability, knowledge and skills
Produce quotations to corporate customers in accordance with instructions provided by sales staff and management
Prepare and maintain job files in line with company policy
Prepare all necessary export and import documentation accurately
Comply fully with the Company Credit Control Policy
Price Worldwide moves
Maintain business relationships with our corporate clients, and international FIDI companies
Manage daily relationships with overseas agents and partners
Be aware of the agreed invoice specification required by the customer including required documents, collate and copy all required documents, create invoices to reflect customer requirements, scan invoices and attachments, file electronically and hard copy and dispatch to client
Supervising / training new team members on corporate policy and IT system
Receive, register on the Company intranet, investigate and respond to any query received about invoices you have raised, and once resolved update the intranet with the resolution which will update the Credit Control Department
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, and all other policies and procedures in place
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Act at all times in the best interests of the Company, its customers and its employees
